Rise Above Violence, an organization that does great work in our community, has a fundraiser at The Liberty Theatre on April 29.
The fundraiser features a screening of the movie North Country, a fictionalized retelling of a landmark sexual harassment case in the U.S. The film stars Charlize Theron, Jeremy Renner, Woody Harrelson, and Sissy Spacek.
Doors for the event open at 5 p.m. and the program begins at 6. The Liberty is at 418 Pagosa St.
